- During disassembly, every segment of your fork is inspected and evaluated;
after each service, you’re provided with a comprehensive service report - Only the tested greases and oils of best quality are used for your fork
- Tools used in service are original Cannondale tools, except special hand-made tools for special applications which even Cannondale doesn’t have
- All parts are thoroughly cleaned before assembling, according to the scope of service
- If there’s a possibility to repair certain parts, it can be done with customer’s consent. Many tricky cases come to my workshop, check some of them here.
- Needle Bearing Races are polished before assembly (related only to services 17, 18, 19, 20)
- All 88 needles from bearings are cleaned outside their cage, and each cage is cleaned separately in supersonic bath (related only to service codes: 17, 18, 19, 20)
- All screws are done by torque wrench where applicable, Loctite is always applied where required
