He does detailed troubleshooting and is able to find root-cause others can’t.
Besides my fork. he also fixed my hubs and wheels and are now working better than new!

I got my Ultra Fatty DL80 just yesterday from the Experts workshop, a total rebuild was needed which can sound intimidating, I have only been riding it for an hour or so and I can say with certainty that my Headshok has never worked better and smoother, plus I got to learn a lot of new information. More than worth the price for what you get in return! Thank you very much✌️
Probably best headshock service in Europe. Great communication, professional approach, extraordinary results. My dd50 fork from early 90′ was totally dead, but now works better then new.
I sent a DD60 damper cartridge in, all oil was gone no lock out any more, visible o-rings were brittle or brocken. Tomi reworked it and now it is probably as good as new. Communication was very good, service was performed excellently and delivery was fast. What I like: He is not just doing a job, he seems to live a passion. This is what makes the difference in my opinion.
Ich hatte mich an Tomi gewandt, weil ich ein paar Fragen zu meinem F700 Headshok hatte. Ohne, dass wir über eine potentielles Geschäft gesprochen hatten wurde ich von Tomi sehr ausführlich per email beraten. Sein Englisch ist wirklich sehr gut ! Als ich ihm sagte, ich würde mit ein Tool 3D Drucken lassen, um die Gabel auszubauen, kamen wir auf den Punkt, dass er gerade an einem Tool arbeitet und er gerne meine Meinung hierzu hören würde:
Tomi war so nett und hatte mir zum Testen einen Prototyp seines FM-Tools zugeschickt und mir auch eine ausführlich Beschreibung mit auf den Weg gegeben. Heute habe ich an meinem F700 und meinem Jekyll beide Gabeln ohne Probleme ausgebaut. Diese gehen morgen auf die Reise nach Kroatien. Ich kann nur sagen: Tomy hat mich absolut durch sein Fachwissen, seine Verbindlichkeit und seine freundliche Art überzeugt !
Das Tool ist wirklich sehr gelungen, ein Freund der professionell mit 3D Druck zu tun, hatte auch einen Blick darauf geworfen und war auch von der guten Qualität angetan, gutes Filament, starke Layer.
Sobald die Gabel wieder zurück sind kommt hier ein Update !
I got the new toolset and i work with them on two from 7 SuperV‘s. Perfect tools for fork service. With the training video easy to handle. Best tool for a fair price.
I purchased the FMT Deluxe kit. It was reasonably priced and shipping to the U.S. was not bad either. I have used the tools to remove forks and bearings from a couple of bikes so far. Works as advertised, wish I would have known about the kit sooner. It makes things so much easier.
Hallo Zusammen, hier noch meine Rückmeldung! Tomi hatte mir die beiden Gabeln sehr schnell wieder zurückgeschickt und ich muss sagen: der Zustand war wirklich TOP!
Mit Hilfe seines Tools konnte ich beide Gabeln sehr gut einbauen, einmal mit der Hammer-
Methode, einmal mit der Schrauben-Methode…Tomi war auch während und nach dem Service sehr gut ansprechbar und versuchte zu helfen wo er kann! Ein echter Enthusiast!
Meine späte Rückmeldung kommt leider erst jetzt weil es seit dem Sommer einige Veränderungen gab, aber jetzt mit den ersten Sonnenst4ahlen hatte ich heute das erste mal wieder das Bike unter dem Hintern…

I’m from Japan and I asked him to fix my headshok DD60 and he did perfect job. I appreciate his work and I think he’s surely professional. My headshok now is well worked and that makes my cannondale superv 1000 95′ better bike. If anyone hesitate to ask, just ask.
I needed a full rebuild on my DL80 and Tomi did a wonderful job. He was always quick to respond and it always felt like my fork was in very capable hands. Even though shipping the fork to Croatia seemed daunting at first the turnaround was quick and it was well worth it. Thanks Tomi!
My fatty D had been neglected for years; mainly lack of maintenance. Tomi has done a fantastic job bringing it back to perfect working order. Great professionalism and transparency; you know what is being done and how it is being done in every moment.
